Medic Media provides content, social-media growth, and paid acquisition services to clinics and aesthetic brands. The Platform is how we deliver that work: an Admin Portal our team uses to manage your campaigns, content, billing, and connected social accounts, and a Client Portal where you can review your analytics, content plan, calendar, invoices, and reports.

Client Portal accounts are created by our team once you engage us, using the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Access to the Client Portal is scoped to your own clinic’s data only — the Platform is built so that one client can never view another client’s content, analytics, invoices, or connected accounts.

If you authorize us to connect your Instagram or Facebook account, you are granting Medic Media access to that account’s content and performance data, through the specific permissions described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the connected features of the Platform (analytics syncing and content tracking). You can disconnect an account at any time from the Client Portal, which immediately revokes our stored access to it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant this access for any account you connect.

You retain ownership of your clinic’s content, brand assets, and business data. By using the Platform, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that data back to you (and to our team acting on your behalf) as needed to provide the service — for example, syncing and showing your own social-media analytics, or hosting content assets in your workspace.

Invoices for our services are issued and made available to you through the Client Portal’s Billing section. Payment terms are as agreed separately between Medic Media and your clinic.

You agree not to use the Platform to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another client’s data or account, interfere with the Platform’s operation, or use it in a way that violates Meta’s (or any connected platform’s) own terms of service.

The Platform depends on third-party services we don’t control — including Meta’s Instagram and Facebook APIs, Supabase, and Vercel. We aren’t responsible for outages, policy changes, or data made unavailable by those third parties, though we’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform working around them.

We may update these terms from time to time; if we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Either party may end the working relationship as agreed in your separate services agreement with us; we may suspend Platform access if these terms are materially breached.

Medic Media provides marketing, content creation, and related creative services. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement, leads, bookings, revenue, or other business outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Medic Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
